Once your site's ad has been reviewed it will be placed in the rotation with other currently running ads. The position is completely random and Aquatic Dictionary does not accept payment for listing one advertisement higher on the page in relation to the others. Personal and Commercial sites have equal chance to appear in any position on the page.

Aquatic Dictionary does not accept ads for adult sites, sites selling prescription drugs, and gambling sites. Aquatic Dictionary reserves the right to terminate any advertisement at any time for any reason. Liability is limited to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the most consumed statistic. You must control the source code content of the site you are advertising; you can't advertise a site for which you are only an affiliate or subscriber.

* Personal Non-Commercial sites are those that are operated by non-businesses and not for profit. Sites are allowed to sell products through affiliate programs but are not permitted to sell their own products (excluding items such as tshirts, cups, bumper stickers, etc). Sites may be reviewed for suitability and are subject to cancellation with pro-rated refund based on the most consumed statistic.

* Commercial sites are sites that sell products (excludes affiliate sales sites). These sites receive the number of days or number of clicks indicated in the plan whichever quota occurs first.
